The Troy Titans Football and Cheerleading Club, is an independent non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. The organizations objective is to help the youth of Troy, IL and the surrounding area, learn and improve their athletic skills, as well as develop a sense of fair play, sportsmanship, leadership, community service, and team effort.

Head coaches are nominated for, and voted into the position by a majority vote. They are responsible for all activities of the team including the actions of his/her players, assistant coaches, and player parents. Head coaches will be subject to background checks.
